Jamie also utilizes Motivational interviewing, which is a client-centered counseling approach that helps individuals explore and resolve ambivalence about change. It aims to elicit intrinsic motivation within individuals to make positive behavioral changes by addressing their own values and goals.

Christian Counseling

Christian counseling is a form of therapy that integrates psychological principles with Christian beliefs and values. It use both biblical teachings and psychological techniques to address emotional, relational, and spiritual issues. The aim is to help individuals understand their struggles within the framework of their faith and to facilitate healing and growth in accordance with Christian principles. Jamie may incorporate prayer, scripture reading, and spiritual practices into their therapeutic approach, alongside traditional counseling methods. Regretfully, masculinity seems to of been given a bad rap in our current culture. What often is not considered is that just as abusive language and behavior may contribute to toxic masculinity, so does the neglect of embracing a healthy masculinity that is strong, fearless and benevolent. Masculinity can help individuals develop healthy self-esteem and identity, facilitating their personal growth and relationships. Ultimately, acknowledging and embracing masculinity alongside other facets of identity can promote a balanced and diverse society where everyone's contributions are valued.
